Approved catering partners

Sinclair works with a select list of Atlanta catering partners, each chosen for their quality, professionalism, and experience operating within the venue. The list spans a range of styles and service formats, from plated dinners to tasting stations, so clients are not choosing from a single aesthetic. If you have an existing relationship with a caterer not on the approved list, your Sales Manager can walk you through the outside-caterer process.

If you would like to use a caterer that is not on our approved list there is a $2,000.00 kitchen use/outside catering fee and vendors must provide a copy of their business license, and Certificate of Liability Insurance 1 month prior to your event. We will need a copy of your caterer’s paperwork before we can schedule your final planning meeting. Please be sure that your caterer can comply with our house rules and documentation requirements before you sign a contract with a caterer not on this approved list.
