  • Your full facility rental payment is due with a signed contract. The date of your event is not reserved until this payment and the signed rental agreement are received. This rental payment and all other deposits and payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

    If hosting a wedding at Sinclair, there is a $1,000 ceremony fee which includes one extra hour of load-in time as well as one hour of rehearsal time which can be scheduled no more than one month prior to the Event date.

    Our Beverage & Service Minimum is due 60 days out from your event date. The final balance and a separate $1,500.00 refundable damage deposit are due ten (10) days prior to your event.

    Sinclair accepts payments in the form of cash, check, credit card, or direct deposit.

  • Sinclair offers 10 dedicated spaces in front of the venue. Valet service is available to enhance the guest experience, with dedicated valet areas at Sinclair. Additionally, a two-story parking garage offers complimentary parking for all guests. We are happy to allow outside parking vendors that are not on our preferred list at no additional charge.

  • Please note Edge Design Group is the exclusive floral and decor provider. Your Sales Manager can help guide you in the design process. Linens are not included in the rental fee.

  • Yes, we are able to provide a Kosher Bar Package.

  • An outside caterer must be approved by your Sinclair sales representative. The caterer must be able to show proof of a business license and proof of insurance. Should the outside caterer be approved by our team, a $1,000 fee will be applied.

  • Sparklers are not allowed. Fog machines must be approved by your Sinclair sales representative and must be water-based. Contact your Sinclair sales rep for more information.

  • Edge Design Group is the exclusive floral and decor provider at Sinclair. As the firm that owns and designed the venue, their team brings 25 years of experience in luxury floral design, custom fabrication, and full-scale event production. Your Sales Manager can guide you through the design process and connect you with the Edge Design Group team.

  • Tours are available Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To schedule, email mgmt@sinclairatlanta.com or call 404-465-1465. You may also submit a request through the contact form on our Tour page. We respond to all tour requests within one business day.
