Sinclair's bar program is managed in-house and structured around multiple tiers, from a curated call bar, a Kosher bar, to an ultra-premium selection that includes Grey Goose, Whispering Angel, Belle Glos, and Moet Imperial. All packages are built on a four-hour service window with the option to extend, and include a full non-alcoholic mixer program at every tier. Staffing is calculated to your guest count and managed by Sinclair's team. The goal is a bar experience that feels as considered as the rest of the event.

All packages include: Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Bottled Water, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, Orange Bitters, Simple Syrup, Grenadine Syrup, Sour Mix
Garnishes: Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Maraschino cherries, and Green olives
Staff Charges: A fee of $250 per Bartender, $250 per Barback, and $350 per Bar Manager is applicable for all bar service options. One bartender is required for every 50 guests, and one barback required for every two bartenders. ++ denotes that all beverages are subject to a 22% service charge and 8.9% sales tax applied to beverage and service charges. An additional 3% sales tax applies to all liquor charges.
