Rates, Capacity & What to Expect

Sinclair accommodates gatherings of 40 to 400 guests across 9,000 square feet, including a main ballroom (6,500 sq ft)  and a connected outdoor terrace (2,500 sq ft). The venue rental includes tables, chairs, and access to a curated list of preferred vendors. Pricing is structured by day of week, with rental minimums and beverage service minimums that vary accordingly. All figures below reflect current rates and are subject to change.

Monday - Thursday: $3,500.00 room rental with $0 Beverage Minimum

Friday & Sunday: $6,000.00 room rental with $3,500.00 Beverage Minimum

Saturday: $7,500.00 room rental with $5,500.00 Beverage Minimum

Venue Capacity

Sinclair’s indoor ballroom space is 6,500 square feet and our outdoor Terrace is 2,500 square feet. The Terrace includes a covered rain proof Pergola that is 1,525 square feet.

Please note Edge Design Group is the exclusive floral and decor provider. Your Sales Manager can help guide you in the design process. Linens are not included in the rental fee.

If you have catering needs, you may select from our list of approved caters which includes: Added Touch Catering, Affairs to Remember, Bold Catering, Dennis Dean Catering, District Events & Catering, Legendary Events, and Three Sisters Catering. If you choose to bring in a caterer not on our list, there is a $1,000 fee. We also require their Catering Business License and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
